Shipping & Returns


We value you and your purchase is important to us. Every order will receive USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx tracking so you can follow your package from our boutique to your home or business.

Most orders ship from our boutique in Mount Royal, NJ USA and ship same or next day. Some orders ship directly from our warehouse to you. For local pickup orders of items located in our warehouse, please allow shipping time for your pickup order to reach our Mount Royal, NJ location.

Shipping within the U.S.: $5 for 1 item and $1 for each additional item up to $10. All orders over $100 ship free.

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All international orders must pass through customs.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can initiate a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days. We do not have any restocking fees or extra charges for returning items.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returned items must be free of odors including perfume, smoke, etc.
  • Returned items must be folded neatly, if applicable, and placed in a sealed bag
  • Any ‘gift with purchase’ items included with your original purchase must be included with your return to receive full credit. If you would like to keep any free gifts with purchase, you are welcome to do so – we will adjust the credit balance for you.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email and include:

  • Order#
  • Original Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Return Reason

We will review your email and reply within 3 business days with authorization to mail your items back to us. Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship items back to derbecca boutique prior to receiving our email reply authorization. If an exchange is requested, we will do our best to exchange your item for you. In the event a replacement item is not available, a store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be applied toward any item. For items to be eligible for return or exchange, please mail your return within 3 business days of receiving the email authorization to return.

Returns & Exchanges are usually processed within 1-2 business days of arrival back to derbecca boutique but please allow up to 7 business days during holidays & busier times throughout the year. Thank you so much for shopping with us!
