For all orders that are not over $100, our shipping charges are still very simple! We try to keep everything as easy as possible for you. And yes, sometimes that means we end up paying the additional shipping costs but you know what, we just think of that as our way of showing you just how much we appreciate your order and hope you'll be back to shop with us again soon!
In our simplest words, here is how to calculate shipping if your order is not over $100:
It's just $5 for your first item and then $1 for each additional item up to a maximum of $10.
You will never pay more than $10, no matter how many items you get.
And remember, shipping is FREE as soon as your order goes over $100.

We value you and your purchase is important to us. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. For all orders over $20, a Shipment Confirmation Email will follow once your order is shipped. Most orders ship from our boutique in Mount Royal, NJ USA and ship same or next day. Some items ship directly from our warehouse or shipping partners. For those items, shipping times typically range from 3-10 business days, unless otherwise noted in a Product’s Description/Details. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Please be sure to check your email spam folder. Order Confirmation & Shipping Emails often route to spam folders and go unseen, so please be sure to take a peek in there.

If you are local and chose “Hold for Local Pickup” when you placed your order, contact us to schedule pickup of your order. We are located at 127 Foxwood Terrace Mount Royal, NJ 08061.
Please note: For local pickup orders of items located in our warehouse or with our shipping partners, please allow shipping time for your pickup order to reach our Mount Royal, NJ location.
We are not currently shipping outside of the U.S.
Shop with derbecca with confidence. We value you and will do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Please contact us if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can initiate a return for store credit or exchange within 3 days of the date your order was delivered. We do not have any restocking fees or extra charges for returning items so long as the following conditions are met:
- Returned items must be new and have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned items must be free of pet hair and odors including perfume, smoke, etc.
- Returned items must be folded neatly, if applicable, and placed in a sealed bag
- Return Authorization must be printed and included inside the return package
- Any ‘gift with purchase’ items included with your original purchase must be included with your return to receive full credit. If you would like to keep any free gifts with purchase, you are welcome to do so – we will adjust the credit balance for you.
- Return must be mailed within 5 business days of the date your order was delivered. Returns mailed after 5 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
To initiate a return or exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Original Date of Purchase
- Item(s) to be returned
- Return Reason
We will review your email and reply within 2 business days. Our reply will include your Return Authorization Number and the mailing address for you to send your return package. The Return Authorization Number must be included inside your return package. Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship items back to derbecca boutique prior to receiving our email reply authorization. If an exchange is requested, we will do our best to exchange your item for you. In the event a replacement item is not available, a store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be applied toward any item.
